The extreme stress and anxiety driven by COVID-19 has put a spotlight on an unfortunate reality: our mental health care system excludes most people.

Access to mental health care needs to be taken beyond the boardroom to those who’ve typically lacked the knowledge and economic resources to achieve good mental health. Access to mental health care is too often divided between the “haves” and the “have nots” — and it urgently needs to be made more inclusive.

In this session, panelists discuss how digital mental health solutions can improve access, eliminate stigma, and reduce the cost of care for diverse populations — and why this must be a priority.
